Travel Leaders Group invited companies of varying sizes and industries to participate in a benchmarking survey on how they spend their business travel budget and manage their travel program. Participants were asked to answer questions about their company’s business travel program. We were interested in how they balance traveler satisfaction with policy compliance. Some questions address travel policies and Duty of Care planning. We were interested in how many Meetings & Events were planned annually, and how many attendees were expected.
